2. Free Services

GMBOX core wallet functionality is provided free of charge. As a non-custodial wallet, the basic features including wallet creation, asset management, and transaction signing are available at no cost. No refunds apply to free services.

3. Premium Services and Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Services

For premium subscription services:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the premium features.
  • Pro-rated Refunds: After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.

3.2 One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (such as premium plugins or features), refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product does not function as described or has significant defects.

4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service does not function as described
  • You experience technical issues that we cannot resolve
  • You were charged in error (duplicate charges, wrong amount)
  • You cancel within the applicable refund period

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Change of mind after the refund period

  • Issues caused by third-party services or blockchain networks
  • Loss of digital assets due to user error or security breaches on your end
  • Network transaction fees (gas fees) - these are paid to blockchain networks, not to us

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

7.2 Effect of Cancellation

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
